Concussion Information 2012-2013

A new law, Student Athletes Concussion and Head Injuries, (IC 20-34-7), will take effect July 1st. This law requires us to distribute information to inform and educate parents and student athletes concerning the nature and risk of concussion and head injury to student athletes including the risks of continuing to play after a concussion or head injury. Parents must sign and return the form acknowledging receipt of the information to the coach. Fall athletes must have this done by the 30th of July. Please let us know if you need assistance with this.
