Get Involved at Cardinal Ritter
Cardinal Ritter High School could not offer its signature experience without support from the community. Parents are required to perform 20 hours of service each school year as a way to give back to the community. Of course, we also welcome non-parent volunteers with open arms. Volunteering on campus is a great way to give back to Cardinal Ritter and help support our mission! Learn about ways you can give back below.
Special Events
The Office of Institutional Advancement hosts several special events throughout the year to raise money for the Annual Fund. These events include the Annual Fund Receptions, Smarty Party, Raider Rev Up, and Runathon. Most events require volunteers and have sponsorship opportunities. Contact Amy Baker about helping with the special events.
Alumni Engagement
Cardinal Ritter has a base of over 4,000 alumni. We want all alumni to engage with campus to give back and help support our community. The Office of Institutional Advancement hosts several events exclusive to alumni throughout the year. If you would like to volunteer at these events or if you have alumni engagement ideas, contact John Melton.
Athletic Events
The Athletic Department hosts dozens of athletic contests throughout the school year. Volunteers are needed to sell tickets and work the concession stands. For junior high parents, CYO volunteers are needed as well. Contact Dave Scott to volunteer at an athletic event.
Parent Club & School Events
There are dozens of service opportunities on campus and with the Parent Club like parent-teacher conferences, cafeteria help, proctoring tests, chaperoning field trips, and much more.
Fundraising & Subcommittees
The Office of Institutional Advancement oversees the fundraising and financial stability of the school. Any individual who would like to get involved with our yearly fundraising initiatives or perhaps join a subcommittee, fresh voices are welcome. Contact Jo Hoy to find an opportunity that is right for you.
