The Lady Raiders get a double win on Wednesday against Covenant Christian & Park Tudor. The Raiders posted a score of 213, Covenant Christian 215, & Park Tudor 231. Scoring for the Raiders was led by Peyton Roddy with 50, Bayleigh Cottrell 52, Julie Rocca 53, and Bella Basso 58.

RAIDER ARTIST AT WORK
Last Saturday the talented Raider artist of the CRHS Fine Arts Department started a community art project at Eagle Creek Park in coordination with the Parks Department. They are painting the cement barriers on the bike trail and walking path side that go along the 56th street bridge at Eagle Creek. The project is expected to last until the end of October so we will keep you updated on their progress.
What a great evening at the CRHS Back To School Night. Parents had a chance to meet their student's teachers, pick up a copy of this year's Raider Resource Guide and purchase some Spirit Wear to show their Raider Pride! It was great seeing everyone there.
On Wednesday the Lady Raiders hosted Brebeuf and University at South Grove Golf Course. The ladies split this match, falling to Brebeuf, but getting the better of University. Brebeuf 171, Raiders 214, University 220.
Julie Rocca led the Raider’s scoring with a personal best score of 48, followed by Bayleigh Cottrell 51, Bella Basso 56, and Greta Fallon 59.

The Lady Raiders golfers finished ahead of the field Tuesday in the ICC Conference tournament at Deer Creek Golf Club. And three Raiders finished in the top 8 to qualify for All Conference (AC) honors.

The Brickyard Crossing got the better of the Lady Raiders Monday night in a 3-way match with Speedway and Cascade. The Cadets of Cascade came out on top firing a 216 followed by Speedway with 228, and the Raiders with 237.
Tuesday is the Conference Tournament at Deer Creek GC.

Due to the Excessive Heat Warning, the start of tonight's game has been moved from 7pm to 7:30pm.
CRHS Service Learning collected over 200 boxes of cereal for the Holy Family Shelter with their August Food Drive. Raiders who donated 2 boxes, played Pin Dodgeball during AA. Raiders donating 3 boxes earned 1 service hour and also played dodgeball. Way to go RAIDERS!

The Raider Cheerleaders got the entire school ready for the Fall Sports Season with a Pep Rally. The teams were introduced, there was a musical chairs contest and the new teacher were taught the Raider Drop. GO RAIDERS AND GOOD LUCK!!

The Lady Raiders played a 4-way match Tuesday with Lawrence Central, Lapel, and Knightstown at Old Oakland Country Club in Lawrence. The Raiders fired a 255 to finish third behind Lapel and LC, who both shot 215, while Knightstown had an incomplete team.

Today Raiders celebrated the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with our Chaplain Coordinator Fr. Michael Clawson. It was great being with everyone as we start the new school year.
On Saturday the Lady Raiders played in the Ben Davis Invite at South Grove Golf Course. The Raiders finished tied for 8th place out of 18 teams, firing a score of 432. Scoring for the Lady Raiders:

Junior High and Freshman Raiders are getting an early start on the school year today. Sophomore, Junior and Senior Raiders will join them tomorrow. Reminder that today is a 2pm dismissal.
It was great seeing everyone at this year's Back To School Bash. The cheerleaders pumped up the crowd. Mrs. Hoy, Mrs. Jost and others let everyone know what to expect this school year. Raider were able to get their schedules, checkout their lockers & pick up some spirit wear.
The Lady Raiders traveled down to Winding River GC to take on the Lady Hawks of Decatur Central. The Raiders came up a little short, falling to the Hawks 221-226.

On Monday the Lady Raiders hosted the Cadets from Cascade at Eagle Creek GC. After the top four golfers finished and confirmed their scores, the Raiders and Cadets were tied at 225. It came down to the #5 players. Unfortunately for the Raiders, the Cadet #5 was one stroke better. Peyton Roddy was match Medalist with a 46, followed by Bella Basso 58, Julie Rocca 58, Greta Fallon 63, and Bayleigh Cottrel 67.
